It’s the classic story of love. Boy likes girls. Boy wants to impress girls. Boy sneaks into animal enclosure at a zoo. Boy gets wrestled by a panda. We couldn’t write a story any better than this folks.
The unnamed visitor to the zoo in Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province wanted to impress his group of female friends, so he jumped into the panda enclosure and approached the sleeping, 265 lb, 12-year-old Mei Ling. Mei Ling woke up and charged. He immediately grabbed the right leg of the intruder, which officials later said is a common move by pandas when playing with their trainers.
Then he was wrestles to the ground! Luckily he escapes after pulling a fast one on Mei Ling and gaining the top position, after several attempts at scratching the Panda’s back in an attempt to lull him to sleep failed.

The man escaped without incident, leaving the zoo almost immediately, and officials have not been able to contact him since. Kuang Huaming, from Nanchang Zoo, said “The young man left the zoo right after he escaped, and we could not get in touch with him. According to witnesses, his trousers were torn a little by the panda, but the man should be OK. We also arranged medical checks for the panda and told the breeders to closely observe its condition. So far the panda is fine.”
